Mitch Hughes, Easton MD.

Mitch Hughes was born and raised on the historic Eastern Shore of Maryland and was raised to be a true shoreman from the start. Mitch began duck and goose calling at an early age and became one of the greatest callers in competitive history. His competitive career spanned a run that saw him win three World Goose Calling Championships in 2006, 2010, and 2011. Mitch is one of the few to win back to back World Titles. In addition to his World Goose wins, Mitch also won a World Live Duck calling title in 2006. Mitch retired after his 4 World Titles but is still active in the competitive calling circuit as a judge. 

After his competitive calling career, Mitch started what is now one of Canada's premiere guide services, Canadian Prairie Outfitters. He also used his success in competitive calling to start his own call company, Mitch Hughes Custom Calls. He also spends his summers crabbing on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and helping his father, Billy, with the countries largest benefit hunt in the winter, the Easton Church of God Benefit.
