Some hunters have the Kill Gene. Some don’t. Make sure you do
I love this call, it is very well say to use, I haven’t been bird hunting for 14 years, was set up on some wheat and harvested corn, with cattle present. I started to call with both of my new calls including winter harvest, I pissed off all the bulls who came over screaming and growling and slobbering like they had mad cow disease. They checked out the decoys and proceeded to hang with us. Unfortunately this late in the season the geese did not cooperate. But I brought in black angus bulls and white faced angus cows. All though I did not get one, I had them within 15 feet of me. Easily a doable shot. I can’t wait for next season.

Great call, easy blowing and requires very little air to create back pressure, and makes all calling notes needed.

Have had a Shorething for years and many other goose calls from other call makers as most of us do. The Kill Gene is by far the easiest to blow. It can get you all the range of sounds you want, can get loud , and stay quiet if you need. Not sure the others will get much work from now on.

If you’re wanting to run traffic or get that deep murmur goose tone for the late season geese this is the call. I’ve ran pretty much every call on the market not saying one is better than the other by any means, but theirs something special about this call. John is a class act to the goose hunting world and is always willing to help when you reach out to him. I never write reviews on calls but, again like I said before theirs something special with this call !

Was very easy to purchase, loved all the insights from their facebook posts. Was surprised to get a call from John Taylor who spent time in the phone with me even though he was very busy getting calls out. Love the product so far.

very easy to blow, hardly takes any air and still gets loud with great low end as well.
